I found Jack and Beyond while looking for somewhere that could make a Pavlova, as my mum really wanted one for her birthday. I ordered the Berry Pavlova and she was absolutely over the moon!
The cake looked beautiful and tasted just as good, it was absolutely delicious.
A special shout-out also goes to the lovely lady who served me when I collected it. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain how to carry the cake properly so it wouldn’t get damaged, as well as how to decorate it at home. She even made sure I had candles and opened the door for me as I left with the cake.
It’s those little thoughtful details that make such a big difference and turn good service into a really lovely experience.
I would definitely recommend Jack and Beyond, and we’ll absolutely be back!

Ordered a cake for mum's 80th birthday. The experience from start to finish was effortless. And the cake was beautifully presented and delicious. We kept it in the fridge for 48 hours before the celebration party.

This cake is FANTASTIC. Everyone LOVED it. It was so fresh, the sponge so light and airy, clearly so freshly baked, and the icing just melted in your mouth. And the decoration and personalisation was beautifully done..

The cake, was light, delicious and the flavours were well balanced! I was worried that some of the people eating it would be hesitant about the matcha flavour if they didn’t know much about it but they all loved it and had seconds and thirds!
