I absolutely loved this coffee and walnut cake! I was a bit worried it wouldn't have enough of a coffee flavour but it was spot on. It had the perfect balance. It was rich and bold enough for coffee lovers but not so strong that it overpowered everything else. The sponge was beautifully light and incredibly moist, with whole walnuts throughout that added the perfect crunch and flavour. The cake to buttercream ratio was so generous and every bite was wonderfully indulgent without being overly sweet or heavy. Honestly, one of the best coffee and walnut cakes I've had. I'd happily order it again!
