My friend recommended Jack & Beyond when I was searching for the perfect cake for my mother's 70th birthday, and I couldn't be more grateful that she did.

Not only was the customer service truly five-star from start to finish, but the cake itself was absolutely stunning and, more importantly, utterly delicious. Every single guest went back for seconds, and there wasn't a crumb left on the cake board by the end of the celebration. It was the most moist, flavourful and delicious cake I've ever eaten.

Working with their wonderful team (a huge shout-out to Dora, Fulop and Sophia, who couldn't have been kinder or more helpful), we created my dream cake by combining two different designs and flavours: the lemon and elderflower cake topped with berries and macarons, including the most delectable passionfruit macarons. The result was spectacular, and countless guests commented that it was one of the best cakes they could remember tasting.

The delivery service was fantastic too- straightforward, reliable and incredibly accommodating. I could hardly believe them when they said they only needed 24 hours' notice, but they delivered exactly as promised. The driver was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the cake arrived safely at the venue and was placed directly into the refrigerators.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Jack & Beyond to anyone looking for a truly exceptional bakery. From the outstanding customer service to the beautiful craftsmanship and incredible flavours, they exceeded every expectation. You honestly can't go wrong with them.

Delicious, light, fresh and beautiful! The cake was absolutely wonderful, and delivered first thing in the morning. So so nice to get a fresh cream cake and amazing sponge too. Really flawless

One of the most delicious chocolate Guinness cakes around. I purchased this cake for my partner’s 30th birthday and it was a sensation. It was the perfect size with even some left to take home! Alongside a personalised message, I paid an extra £12 to change the decoration to berries and gold leaf, which I thought could have been done a little more beautifully but I jazzed it up with a gold thirty and some cake decorations I bought, so it looked very special in the end. We had a group of between 40-50 people and it was perfect, it’s so rich you don’t need a massive slice. Ordering, service, and collection was seamless.

The pistachio cake was astonishingly good - moist, flavoursome and not too sweet. It arrived when promised, with excellent communication at every step of the way, and our guests loved it. We also ordered the gluten-free chocolate cupcakes, which were pronounced to be the best GF cake our coeliac guest had ever had! Thank you, you did an amazing job and we were very happy :-)
