Shipping policy
We process all website orders Monday - Saturday between 8AM and 4PM. Orders placed over the weekend or after hours will be processed the following business day unless otherwise stated.

We can only guarantee the nominated day delivery, not the chosen time slot. These are estimated delivery times, slight delays might occur due to traffic.

Order Confirmation
Following your purchase, our system will automatically dispatch an order confirmation email to the address you provided. This email signifies that we have received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for purchase verification. After receiving your order, we will immediately send the order to our suppliers for shipment. Once we've confirmed the order you purchased is ready we will ship the item to you on your chosen date. If the product is out of stock, we will reach out to you via email and will void the pre-authorization if you so choose.
Order Shipment
Once we've determined that your order is in stock, we will process all charges to your credit card and ship the product on your chosen shipping day. If you have not received your tracking information please contact us at info@jackandbeyond.com.
Damages
Upon arrival, please inspect any and all packaging of your orders. If any damage is noted on the packaging, make note of it at the time you sign for the delivery as this usually means the shipping company is at fault. If the items you ordered arrive damaged, please send photos of the damage to info@jackandbeyond.com and we will being the insurance claim process on your behalf. We will also get in contact with the supplier of that product and begin the process of replacing your item.
Cancellations
Orders that are cancelled 72 hours before delivery date are refundable expect custom bespoke cakes where we require 7 days notice. It is our strict policy to only issue refunds to the credit card that was used when originally placing the order.
Please note that for made to order items, we can not accept returns or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
It is our policy to only accept returns within 2 hours after receiving the delivery.
