Personalised Pistachio & Raspberry Cake

Nice moist cake! Beautifully decorated.

Now I am a seasoned cake fan but this one goes straight to the top of the list! My son bought me this cake for my birthday and it was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor from frosting to sponge to filling. The pistachio gives a lovely lush texture to the frosting with a smooth creamy feel complemented by the moist sponge and the filling which had a slight tang to the raspberry adding to an overall very moreish, pleasurable experience 😋. Love it!

This is the best cake I’ve ordered online. I can’t recommend Jack and Beyond enough. I bought the large pistachio and raspberry cake for my husbands 60th birthday and it was so big we could send guests home with an extra slice and we had some left over for us too!

Flavours were wonderful a the sponge perfectly baked. It got so many compliments from our friends and family.

The best cake I have ever had, it was for a birthday party, everyone asked for where the cake was from and received so many compliments. It was a pistacho and raspberry one and for the first time, being a pistachio lover, the cake was made not using artificial colouring and tasted and looked as made with real pistachios and granola.

You gonna be my cake provider forever, can’t wait to try the others.

We have tried a few of Jack and beyond’s cakes over the years and this one did not disappoint. It was flavorful without being too sweet, moist and very tasty! Absolutely delicious cake, the flavours worked really nicely, light fluffy sponge. The only thing I can say is that the butter cream is a tad too sweet. Overall very happy and will be placing my second order soon.

Cake was lovely and moist. Not dry and all and wasn’t overly sweet which is perfect. I feel like the pistachio flavour could have been a little stronger but otherwise, would definitely buy again.

Jack & Beyond came to be via a personal recommendation. It was the first time ordering with and it was for my own birthday cake. I decided to change the message a few days prior, and it wasn't a problem. Also on the day, there were some challenges to deliver to the restaurant but the driver found a solution, and the Jack & Beyond sent me a mail immediately with photo evidence and follow-up instructions.
