We love Basque cheesecakes here at Jack & Beyond! Whether you are looking for a unique birthday cake or a show-stopping dessert, this crustless marvel never disappoints.

Famous for its deeply caramelised exterior and irresistibly silky, creamy centre, a great Basque burnt cheesecake is notoriously hard to find in London. But don't worry - our Head Baker has perfected the ultimate recipe for you to enjoy. Because it is baked without a biscuit base, this decadent treat is naturally free from gluten while remaining wonderfully rich and indulgent.

Our Basque cheesecakes are baked fresh daily in our Bakery & Shop on Battersea High Street, using only the finest ingredients, including premium British dairy and free-range eggs.

Please note: Some of our cheesecakes may contain nuts, milk, eggs, wheat and soya, and all are baked in shared areas. Please keep this in mind before ordering with us and get in touch if you have any unique dietary requirements. Unfortunately we are not able to offer our cheesecakes vegan or gluten free at the moment. 

Fast Cake Delivery Service in London  

Our basque cheesecakes are presented in an elegant cake box and can be delivered within London. 

We cover the majority of London postcodes within the M25, up to a 15 miles radius from our Battersea bakery. Simply enter your address at checkout to see rates and availability for your postcode.

Alternatively you can collect your cake Monday - Sunday from our shop on Battersea High Street during opening hours. 

Serving & Storage Instructions

Basque burnt cheesecakes serve 8-10 (8") or 12-20 (10"). 

Our cheesecakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.
