I've had cake from Jack and Beyond several times and they never fail to keep everyone happy!

The cake arrived in perfect condition and it was absolutely delicious. My whole family loved it — everyone went back for seconds and kept saying how amazing it tasted.

The customisation was also beautifully done, exactly how we wanted it. We’re extremely happy with both the cake and the overall experience.

This is now the fourth year in a row I have ordered the red velvet cake from J&B. Went for the 10inch for 25 people and it was the perfect amount, everyone had a slice and it received compliments all round! The cake tasted amazing it was lovely and light and moist. We had strawberries added to the decorations. The message was written in a white chocolate it would have stood out if it was in a darker chocolate colour, but that is such a minor thing. The taste was amazing, will definitely be ordering again. We don’t usually like rich/sweet cakes but this one was just right. Thank you so much.

Jack & Beyond's support team did go beyond literally. it was such a last minute order but they supported with our order i such a timely manner and also the driver was stuck in the traffic for a very long time but kept the communication going so we knew where exactly he was at so no unnecessary stress to us. it was so nice working with them, the whole team was great to work with, the cake was very popular and received a lot of complements from all 50+ people! thank you so much to everyone at J&B team. you are the best!
