A set of beautiful pistachio Cupcakes filled with tangy raspberry jam and adorned with chopped pistachios and vibrant fresh raspberries.

Description

These scrumptious Cupcakes are too delicious to stop after just one! The base consists of fluffy vanilla sponge packed with crushed pistachios and stuffed with raspberry jam whilst the top is lovingly decorated by hand with a swirl of smooth pistachio frosting, more pistachio pieces and juicy fresh raspberries.

Choose from a set of 4 or 12 of these irresistible treats and they arrive securely packed in a box. Our Cupcakes are available for London delivery to your doorstep or you can visit our cosy shop and bakery in Battersea to collect your order.

A note about packaging: To help us be as environmentally friendly as possible and reduce unnecessary packaging, we’ll pack as many cupcakes together as we can wherever possible. For example, if you order more than one set of 4 cupcakes, we may pack them together in a larger box rather than using several separate boxes. If you specifically need your cupcakes packed separately in boxes of 4, that’s absolutely fine - just get in touch with your order number, and we’ll arrange this for you.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions.

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.

I bought these cakes as a birthday cake and they were so moist. I love the cream and was not sickly. Also the team at Jack & Beyomd were incredibly helpful when I needed to change the delivery address last minute. I’d recommend this cake for any celebration

AMAZING Cupcakes and service!

We placed a delivery order of 24 delicious cupcakes and due to some local events the 3rd party delivery service had to cancel the delivery the day of scheduled order....one of the team members at Jack & Beyond took it upon herself to deliver the cupcakes to us, which was unbelievable service. Truly above and beyond (see what I did there...) customer service. THANK YOU!! Oh, and the cupcakes were absolutely FANTASTIC!!
