Description

Our Tiramisu Layer Cake consists of incredibly light vanilla sponge layers which get a hot espresso bath for a delicious coffee flavour. Our bakers cover the cake in a generous layer of indulgent coffee and cream mascarpone frosting with texturing around the sides. The design also features beautiful piping, cocoa dust and golden coffee beans as decorations on top. We use only the best ingredients such as freshly brewed espresso, British dairy and free-range eggs to make this scrumptious treat.

You have the option to collect your personalised cake from our Battersea store or book our London Cake Delivery service to have it come to you!

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
  • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.
