A Pavlova is a light meringue and cream based dessert which is suitable for any occasion and can easily be modified with different, fruity toppings. At Jack and Beyond we have made it our mission to create the perfect meringue base, crisp on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside. 

Our Pavlovas are decorated with a generous amount of slightly sweetened, whipped double cream and come in a variety of different flavour options, from our refreshing and zesty Lemon & Blueberry Pavlova to the sweet and indulgent Banoffee Pavlova. Or you can keep it classic with our bestselling Berry Pavlova. 

We make our Pavlovas fresh to order in our bakery on Battersea High Street, using free-range eggs and British Dairy.

Serving & Storage Instructions

As Pavlovas contain fresh cream and fruit we recommend to enjoy them within 1-2 days after receiving your order and to keep your Pavlova refrigerated. 

7" Pavlovas will serve 6-8 people, the 10" version cuts into 10-12 slices. We advise to use a knife dipped in hot water to cut the cake. 

Personalise Your Pavlova

Each Pavlova flavour also comes as a personalised version where you can add a heartfelt message to the cake board (in front of the cake). Get creative and say it with cake!
