Description

Intricate piping adorns the top and sides of this stunning Celebration Cake. The filling consists of three delicious sponge layers and you can choose your favourite from the following options for the flavour: Carrot, Red Velvet, Plain Vanilla, Chocolate or free from gluten Chocolate, Lemon or Victoria Sponge. 

Our Lambeth Celebration Cake is covered with our smooth vanilla buttercream. If you choose the vegan cake filling, the outside will be lathered in plant-based buttercream instead. 

The top of the cake can be personalised with your own message, hand-piped with chocolate. 

You can collect your Lambeth Celebration Cake from our bakery on Battersea High Street, or have it delivered in London.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
  • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.
