Description

Crisp on the outside and gooey and chewy on the inside, the giant meringue strikes the perfect balance. To create the ultimate Berry Pavlova, the meringue is topped with fresh whipped cream, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, blueberries and strawberries.

    Cake Storage Instructions

    Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

    Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

    Cake Serving Suggestions

    Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

    • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
    • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
    • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

    Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

    • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
    • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

    Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

    If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

    Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

    Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

    Excellent cake and customer service

    I found Jack and Beyond while looking for somewhere that could make a Pavlova, as my mum really wanted one for her birthday. I ordered the Berry Pavlova and she was absolutely over the moon!
    The cake looked beautiful and tasted just as good, it was absolutely delicious.
    A special shout-out also goes to the lovely lady who served me when I collected it. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain how to carry the cake properly so it wouldn’t get damaged, as well as how to decorate it at home. She even made sure I had candles and opened the door for me as I left with the cake.
    It’s those little thoughtful details that make such a big difference and turn good service into a really lovely experience.
    I would definitely recommend Jack and Beyond, and we’ll absolutely be back!

    It was a delight to speak to Filip and Sophia - found them very helpful and although it was very short notice both cakes were delivered as promised by a very friendly driver. A happy team at the core!
