A cake as pretty as a clear night sky! This stunning Celebration Cake is perfect for all the stargazers out there. To achieve the dazzling galaxy effect, our expert bakers carefully blend different shades of blue to give the fondant the colour of the night sky and finish the design with hand painted details and delicate sugar paste stars.

Please consider that there is a lead time of 2 weeks for this cake.

Measurements:

  • Top tier: 5" in diameter with four layers of sponge inside
  • Bottom tier: 7" in diameter with four layers of sponge inside

This cake serves 20-35 depending on portion size.

Our Starry Night Cake is lathered in indulgent vanilla buttercream underneath the fondant. You can choose from Red Velvet, Victoria Sponge, Lemon, Double Chocolate or plain Vanilla for the filling.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
  • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.
