A scrumptious celebration cake with an adorable happy hedgehog face.
This cake is surely looking sharp! The cute hedgehog design is created through a combination of skillful buttercream piping and fondant work by our talented team of bakers. It is possible to personalise the cake by adding a hand-piped message of your choice to the cake board.
The size of the cake is roughly 7" in diameter and the filling consists of three layers of sponge cake with a vanilla buttercream finish. You can choose from five of our bestselling flavours for the sponge flavour: Red Velvet, Victoria Sponge, Lemon,Double Chocolate, Carrot or plain Vanilla.
This cake serves up to 14 people depending on portion size.

Cake Storage Instructions
Ourbirthday cakesshould be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.
Cakes with a fondant covering do not need to be stored in the fridge. Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry space instead.
Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.
Cake Serving Suggestions
Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.
5” cakes will serve two to three slices.
7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
10” cakes will serve 16 to 20 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.
Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
