A simple yet elegant Occasion Cake to celebrate a Christening or Baptism ceremony which is available in a variety of flavour options.

Description

This beautiful handmade cake comes with a white 2D fondant cross on top which is adorned with flowers and leaves enough room for your personalised message.

You can add a name, date or any wording of your choice and pick your favourite from the following delicious flavour options for the filling: Carrot, Lemon, Chocolate, Plain Vanilla, Red Velvet or Victoria Sponge. Please get in touch with our team if you'd like to enquire about special dietary options.

Please note that the cake shown in the photo with the brown frosting is the Chocolate flavour option, if you select any of the other flavours the frosting colour will be cream coloured / off-white.

Our Christening Cakes are available for London Cake Delivery or you can collect your order seven days a week from our shop and bakery.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Cakes with a fondant covering do not need to be stored in the fridge. Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry space instead.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 5” cakes will serve two to three slices.
  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 20 slices.

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
