Cake Serving Suggestions

Cakes are often bought for a special occasion and, to help you make your occasion as special as it can possibly be, we have put together these suggestions for serving your cake.

Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

• 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
• 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
• 12” cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
