I bought this cake for my daughter’s 7 month old celebration, it was so good! The pistachio buttercream was incredible, the cake was moist and the raspberry jam was great, but wow the pistachio buttercream was really the star of the show.

Our cake arrived on time in perfect condition and easily served 12 people. Wish there had been some leftovers as it was one of the best cakes I’ve tasted - moist and perfectly balanced and so light. Yum.

The Raspberry & Pistachio cake from Jack and Beyond is an absolute winner.

I’ve ordered it three times now, including the vegan version, which was every bit as good. You genuinely would not know it was vegan.

Most recently, I needed a cake for a particularly difficult crowd to please: no chocolate, no carrot cake, no lemon, nothing too unusual, but it still had to feel special and taste properly indulgent. Raspberry and pistachio turned out to be the perfect choice. Creamy, fresh, beautifully balanced and universally loved. If you need to please a large group with very different tastes, this is the cake I would choose.

I’ve been ordering from Jack and Beyond for around three years and the quality and freshness have been consistently excellent. Their customer service deserves just as much credit. I’ve placed some very last minute orders over the years, including large cakes and specific requests, and they have always done everything possible to accommodate me without compromising the quality.

The Battersea Arches location is also incredibly convenient, particularly when I’m collecting a cake to take outside London.

I ordered this magnificent cake for my father’s 80th birthday party in Oxfordshire. It arrived to my london home in exact time slot, survived the car journey and was a triumph at the party. Moist, delicious, unctuous to taste and such a spectacular presentation. It was the jewel in the crown of the party.

Rich & indulgent without feeling heavy. The pistachio pieces in the cake give a great texture and the frosting is so much better than heavy, overly sweet buttercream.

Absolutely delicious cake. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a cake from Jackandbeyond because I hadn’t heard of them before and this was my aunt’s 95th birthday. I needn’t have worried. It was moist and tasted like the best home made cake. Beautiful elegant decoration and bits of pistachio in the cake. All the guests who were there made a note of the bakery. Will be ordering all my cakes from them from now on.
