Our Pistacho & Raspberry Cake is a truly show-stopping and indulgent treat, perfectly suited as a light dessert or to celebrate a special occasion. Our bakers add plenty of crushed pistachios to our signature sponge mix to create a texture which is both soft and crunchy. The cake is filled with tangy raspberry jam and covered in smooth pistachio mascarpone frosting before it is lovingly decorated by hand with fresh raspberries and a swirl of pistachio cream.

Cake Storage Instructions
Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.
Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.
Cake Serving Suggestions
Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.
- 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
- 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
- 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.
Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
