Our Apricot Jam Celebration Cake is suitable for any event from birthdays to weddings and can be customised with a hand-piped message in elegant handwriting. The idea for the flavours came from a popular Chinese dessert from Hong Kong and the lovely vanilla flavour pairs perfectly with the jam in the filling. All our cakes are handmade to order in our bakery in Battersea with finest ingredients such as British dairy and free-range eggs.
This personalised cake can be collected from our Battersea shop or delivered to a London address with our affordable Local Delivery option.

Cake Storage Instructions
Store your Jack and Beyond cake in the fridge and take it out roughly one hour before eating/serving.
Cakes with a fondant covering do not need to be stored in the fridge. Store it at room temperature in a dry, cool place.
Consume your cake within seven days of collection/delivery. Please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board for an exact date.

Cake Serving Suggestions
- 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
- 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
- 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices are cut, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
