Product Storage Instructions
We want you to have the most enjoyable experience possible whilst ordering and eating our products. So, we have put together this page to offer advice on how to store your cakes, brownies and treats.
Cake Storage Instructions
For the best cake eating experience, you should store your Jack and Beyond cake in the fridge and take it out roughly 30 to 45 minutes before eating/serving.
Jack and Beyond cakes are freshly baked so they should be consumed within five to seven days of collection / delivery but this can vary depending on the type of cake you choose and the exact ingredients.
Please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board for an exact date and details for your product.
Pavlova Storage Instructions
For our Pavlova, we recommend you consume yours within 1 - 2 days after receiving it due to the fresh cream and fruit.
Brownie Storage Instructions
Our Brownies last between 5 and 10 days depending on the flavour/type of brownie you order.
- Red Velvet, White Chocolate & Pistachio, Peanut Butter and Oreo Brownies last 7 days.
- Salted Caramel and Chocolate Chip Brownies last 10 days.
- Vegan Chocolate Raspberry Brownies last between 5 and 7 days.
You should store your brownies in an airtight container at room temperature.
Freezing Brownies
You can freeze your brownies, but we don’t recommend freezing them for longer than a month.
To defrost your frozen brownies, leave them overnight in a refrigerator or at room temperature for two to three hours before enjoying.
Cupcake Storage Instructions
Cupcakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about 20 minutes before serving for best results.
Our Cupcakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within five days of collection or delivery.
If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the box.
Macarons Storage Instructions
Our Macarons are always freshly made and last 5-7 days.
Macarons should be stored in the refrigerator but enjoyed at room temperature, so we recommend taking them out of the fridge about 30 minutes before eating them.
