The flavour profile of this scrumptious and elegant Celebration Cake is inspired by the iconic Guinness beer and Baileys Irish Cream. A delicious choice not only for St. Patrick's Day! 

Description

A rich and moist chocolate cake with a boozy secret. Our Guinness Chocolate Cake is filled with two layers of our signature chocolate sponge infused with Guinness beer and a layer of indulgent Baileys ganache and Baileys buttercream which is also used to cover the cake. Our bakers put the finishing touches on this beautiful cake by adding a chocolate drip adorned with handmade fondant clovers and edible golden balls.

Our Guinness Chocolate Cake is available to pre-order for collection from our bakery on Battersea High Street or local cake delivery in London.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
  • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.
