A luxurious chocolate sponge cake, lathered in fresh cream and espresso frosting. Lovingly decorated with dark chocolate ganache swirls and chocolate coffee beans. 

Description

The perfect treat for all the chocoholics and caffeine addicts out there! Our Coffee & Chocolate Cake consists of two layers of our signature chocolate sponge and is filled and finished with fresh cream & mascarpone coffee frosting. The frosting is made with finest freshly brewed espresso to achieve a smooth mouthfeel and delicious coffee flavour. The elegant design of this beautiful Celebration Cake features hand-piped chocolate swirls, chocolate coffee beans adorned with some gold highlights and a textured effect around the sides. 

You can pre-order our Coffee & Chocolate Cake and collect it from our shop on Battersea High Street or have it delivered to a London address.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
  • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.
