    Cake Storage Instructions

    Store your Jack and Beyond cake in the fridge and take it out roughly one hour before eating/serving.

    Consume your cake within seven days of collection/delivery. Please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board for an exact date.

    Cake Serving Suggestions

    • Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

      • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
      • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
      • 12” cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

      If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

      Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

      Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

    Scrumptious and Beautiful Cake!!!

    Ordered the tropical fruits & cream layer cake for my daughter’s birthday. The cake arrived on time the day before so we stored it overnight in the refrigerator.
    My daughter cut the cake the next day at the restaurant and it still looked amazing and tasted divine. There was 10 of us so I got the 7” cake, it was the first time ever we didn’t have leftovers to take home. We polished the whole cake off at the restaurant. 😂😂
    Cake was still moist with just the right amount of sweetness, (personally I don’t like overly sweet cakes) had I known the cake was going to be that good I would have definitely got the next size up.
    Thank you Jack & Beyond…it was the perfect end to a wonderful evening.

    Absolutely delicious, fresh fruit and cream!

    We had this cake for a special occasion... Customer service responsive and really helpful. Importantly, the cake is just GREAT! True to description, they put delicious fresh fruit including strawberries, mango, kiwi, raspberries and blueberries both in and on top of the cake. The whipped cream was light and just the right level of sweetness, and the cake layers themselves tasty, moist and flavoursome. They personalised it the way we asked them to, the delivery was great, on time and easily trackable, and it came in a safe box with a lovely bag to keep it horizontal... I can highly recommend and would use this company again, definitely!
