Store your Jack and Beyond cake in the fridge and take it out roughly one hour before eating/serving.Cakes with a fondant covering do not need to be stored in the fridge. Store it at room temperature in a dry, cool place.Consume your cake within seven days of collection/delivery. Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.
Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
