Both tiers (8” and 10”) feature three layers of sponge, giving the cake a tall, striking presence that’s perfect for wedding celebrations. You can choose from a selection of delicious sponge flavours and fillings, with a free-from-gluten option available to suit your guests’ needs.: Carrot, Lemon, Plain Vanilla, Chocolate, Red Velvet or Victoria Sponge.
The ombré buttercream is customised to match the macaron colours, so the final look is always unique to the flavours you select. Finished with a scattering of elegant macarons and piped rosettes, this cake combines sophistication with personal flair — a true showpiece for your wedding table.
You also have the option to add a personalised message to the top, hand-piped in delicious chocolate ganache in a beautiful cursive style.

Cake Storage Instructions
Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.
Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.
Cake Serving Suggestions
Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.
- 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
- 10” cakes will serve 16 to 20 slices.
- 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.
Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
