Please note that all our Gift Vouchers are issued via email and we do not currently provide physical gift cards. 

All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.


How to use our Gift Cards & Vouchers

Online Shop Voucher: You will receive a voucher code after placing the order which you can then pass on the recipient. All they need to do is enter the code at checkout when placing their order through our website and wait for their delicious goodies to be baked!

Bottomless Events Voucher: A unique code will be sent to you after payment. The lucky recipient of the voucher can call or email us to make a reservation for their preferred date and time slot and present the code to a server on the day of their booking upon arrival.

 

London Delivery Options

We offer London Cake Delivery to your doorstep at affordable rates, so your next cake fix is never far away!

We cover a wide range of London postcodes with our fast and reliable delivery service and all our cakes are delivered by an awesome team member.

Delivery days & time slots:

We deliver Monday – Friday

  • 8:00AM - 4.00PM

And Saturday

  • 8:00AM - 3:00PM

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
  • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.
