How to use our Gift Cards & Vouchers

Online Gift Cards: You will receive a voucher code after placing the order which you can then pass on the recipient. All they need to do is enter the code at checkout when placing their order through our website and wait for their delicious goodies to be baked!

Bottomless Events Voucher: A unique code will be sent to you after payment. The lucky recipient of the voucher can call or email us to make a reservation for their preferred date and time slot and present the code to a server on the day of their booking upon arrival.

Quick and easy to order, but could be more specific with event vouchers

The gift card was a great way to order a bottomless cake event for a birthday, and the whole process was quick and convenient. The recipient was happy with their gift. However I would make a suggestion that when you order a gift card for a specific event, that the gift card actually mentions that particular event. The reason is that if you buy one for something like the bottomless cake with drinks event you actually end up gifting a £29 voucher, but since it doesn't mention the bottomless cake + drinks event it makes you look like you were too cheap to round up and buy a £30 gift voucher. It just looks like an odd amount to gift! There's also no information given with the voucher itself about how to redeem it or book.
