A beautiful tiered cake which is perfect as a Wedding Cake or for a special celebration. The elegant ruffle effect on the bottom tier is created by cutting several strips of fondant which are then carefully attached one by one and shaped by hand. The pink ombré brings out the layers beautifully and the cake is finished with hand painted gold details and a delicate sugar paste flower.

- Top tier: 5" in diameter with three layers of sponge inside
- Middle tier: 7" in diameter with three layers of sponge inside
- Bottom tier: 10" in diameter with four layers of sponge inside
This cake cuts into approximately 34 dessert portions or 60 party portions.
