Our personalised Vegan Lemon & Poppy Seed Cake comes covered with a delicious vegan lemon buttercream frosting and is finished with candied lemon and poppy seeds, ready to be personalised with a hand-piped message of your choice. You can also choose one of our other playful cake designs for the cake.

A vegan twist on a classic cake. This personalised cake is light and fluffy and covered in indulgent vegan lemon frosting. Our personalised Celebration Cakes are available for collection from our bakery and shop in Battersea or can be delivered within London at affordable rates.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions.

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Packing Information

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.

A beautiful cake visually and a fantastic flavour. Lovely texture and the icing not too sweet. Thankyou for a fantastic service too.

A cake that made our day

As well as being mentioned on several review articles, something useful to note is that Jack and Beyond's personalised cakes can be ordered at shorter notice than most bakeries: 24hrs rather than 3 days. I had enough time so that wasn't the clincher for me, but it is impressive.

I was initially uncertain as Jack & Beyond has a vegan line rather than specialising, but I needn't have worried - the lemon & poppyseed cake went down well with everyone. The flavours offered are more varied than most bakeries I looked at, and the vegan buttercream recipe used is delicious. The cake itself was flavoured subtly and had a great texture, and the slices hold their shape well when cut. The icing decoration were lovely, too!

The delivery service was excellent, with the tracker/warning text working as it should and the cake delivered punctually, and safe and sound.

Finally, service was great. I called to ask questions about the cakes before making my order, and Sophia was able to answer all my questions easily.

Thank you for a cake that made my partner's birthday unforgettable in all the best ways.

Ordered a personalised vegan lemon and poppyseed cake for my goddaughter’s birthday and was delighted with both the cake and the service. The staff were really responsive to my questions about ingredients for allergies, cake was delivered on time, looked gorgeous and was delicious! Will definitely use again.

Beautiful and amazing service…it was just too sweet

I ordered the vegan Lemon and Poppy seed cake for my 30th, the design of the cake and the customer service was amazing. 😊 It such a shame that the cake was far too sweet for me and my guests. I would love to order from here again, if they reduce the sweetness of the cake. 🤞🏾🤞🏾But I would say give it a go because it could just be specific to this cake.
