Deliveries cover a vast range of London postcodes within the M25 and are always done by one of our friendly team members to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition.

    Cake Storage Instructions

    Store your Jack and Beyond cake in the fridge and take it out roughly one hour before eating/serving.

    Consume your cake within seven days of collection/delivery. Please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board for an exact date.

    Cake Serving Suggestions

    • Our cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

      • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
      • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
      • 12” cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices. 

                                                                                                                                            If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

      Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

      Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

    Easily becoming my go-to cake shop. I took a risk with this flavour, especially when i saw mango but everything about it was lovely. The mango was the tarty sharp variant so it went well with the buttercream. Cake was melt in the mouth soft. Only mistake was not getting a larger size, as it finished too quickly!

    The cake was perfect (almost)!

    The cake was so close to being perfect, all it needed was more of the mango filling inside the cake. Nonetheless, everyone still enjoyed it. Customer service was great as I needed the cake delivered in the morning and the Jack and Beyond team went above and beyond to make that happen. Thank you so much!

    Great cake shop/ cafe

    Great cake shop/ cafe. I ordered the night before I needed it collected next day first thing in the morning. The cake is awesome, sooo nice and definitely order and try other flavours as there are so many to choose from. Will definitely come back again.

    Not a mango cake!

    The cake looked nice however the sponge was very dry, and there was zero flavour of mango in the cake. It was a plain vanilla sponge with cream and a few small pieces of hard mango dotted around. My little boy (who had requested a mango cake for his birthday) was massively disappointed and the cake eventually ended up in the bin.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the cake did not meet your expectations and that your son was disappointed on his birthday — we understand how important those moments are.

    We would like to kindly clarify that, as stated in the product description at the time of ordering, this cake is made with a vanilla sponge, with mango incorporated into the filling and decoration, rather than a fully mango-flavoured sponge. For this reason, the base flavour of the cake is intended to be vanilla rather than mango throughout, which is also visible on the website picture of the cake cut.

    Regarding the texture of the sponge, this is the first feedback of this nature we have received. Our cakes are baked fresh to order and our vanilla sponge is typically described by customers as light and fluffy. We have not received similar feedback from any other customers who received cakes from the same batch; however, we will of course keep an eye on this moving forward.

    Taste and flavour preference can be very subjective and we’re very sorry the cake was not to your personal liking.
