Cake Storage Instructions
Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.
Cakes with a fondant covering do not need to be stored in the fridge. Keep at room temperature in a cool, dry space instead.
Our pies are freshly baked and should be consumed within three days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.
Cake Serving Suggestions
Our Pecan Pie cuts into 8 generous portions.
Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.
Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
