Description

A beautifully moist Carrot Cake, rich in flavour and finished with delicate fondant flowers for an elegant touch. Made with freshly grated carrots and warm spices, it’s a comforting classic with a refined finish.

Each layer is paired with our smooth, creamy cinnamon cream cheese & mascarpone frosting, perfectly balancing sweetness with gentle spice. 

Please note: the fondant flowers are handmade and may vary slightly in shape and colour from the pictures, making each cake uniquely yours.

Cake Storage Instructions

Our cakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.

Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.

Cake Serving Suggestions

Our Frosted cakes come in three different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 16 to 26 slices.
  • 12" cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.

Our Cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.

  • 8” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
  • 10” cakes will serve 12 to 20 slices.

Our Pies and Tarts cuts into 8 portions. 

If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.

Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.

Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.

Our products are packed in custom made, recyclable cardboard boxes that fit perfectly and prevent any movement during transit.

Exceptional cake - our guests were blown away. So moist, yet light and fluffy. The cinnamon and carrot was not too sweet either. Honestly delicious and have already recommended Jack & Beyond to other family and friends. Filipino was also super responsive, friendly and helpful prior to ordering. Amazing carrot cake!

I ordered the carrot cake for my girlfriend’s birthday at a local pub. The team were very accommodating and able to deliver ahead of the party so it could be a surprise. The texture was light, airy, and tasted amazing. Everyone really enjoyed it including my girlfriend! People enjoyed it so much they took notes of where the cake was bought from. I think that says everything really. I would definitely get a cake from here again and I certainly recommend it! 😁
