Our Lemon & Elderflower Cake is so light that it melts in your mouth! Scrumptious lemon soaked sponge layers are covered in creamy lemon and elderflower mascarpone frosting and the cake is decorated with candied lemon zest, piping and gold sprinkles arranged in a half moon shape to leave enough room for a personalised message of your choice on the top. You can also select one of our quirky and fun cake designs instead of the standard border such as a cat or sausage dog and add your message.

Cake Storage Instructions
Store your Jack and Beyond cake in the fridge and take it out roughly one hour before eating/serving.
Cakes with a fondant covering do not need to be stored in the fridge. Store it at room temperature in a dry, cool place.
Consume your cake within seven days of collection/delivery. Please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board for an exact date.

Cake Serving Suggestions
- 7” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
- 10” cakes will serve 16 to 20 slices.
- 12'' cakes will serve 30 to 42 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices are cut, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
