What to Serve with a Slice of Jack & Beyond Cake

A slice of cake is already a decadent and delicious treat, but at Jack & Beyond we believe cake can be elevated even further! There are plenty of options out there such as different types of drinks and also toppings that we believe will compliment our cake perfectly.

What to serve with a piece of Jack and Beyond cake? Find out below.

Toppings to Serve with Cake

First up on our list is toppings that could be served with cake.

Normally, fresh whipped cream and fresh fruit such as strawberry, blueberries or raspberries work well with a variety of cake flavours. These would compliment and balance out a rich chocolate cake nicely.

Other cake flavours include our Cheesecake Crumble, which we decorate with fresh blueberries and raspberries. The tartness of the fruit balances out the sweet and rich cheesecake. This can also be said for the Frosted Victoria in which fresh strawberries compliment the jam filling of the Victoria very nicely.

Drinks to Serve with Cake

In terms of what to drink with cake, at Jack & Beyond we believe a nice glass of prosecco is the way to go!

A slightly fancier alternative to having a pot of tea, prosecco and other alcoholic drinks will pair well with a slice of cake. This is because prosecco is very light and bubbly so as to not ruin the cake or fill you up too much.

In our bottomless events at Jack & Beyond, our cake slices can be served with wine, prosecco or even beer for a unique experience!
