Description
Our Pistachio & Raspberry Stuffed Cookies are as fancy as a cookie can get! They are freshly baked for every order in our kitchen in Battersea using only the finest ingredients. Our bakers fill them with luxurious pistachio cream and sprinkle freeze-dried raspberry pieces into the mix to achieve the perfect flavour balance and texture. They are topped with crushed pistachios to add a bit of a crunch and come presented in an elegant box.
All our cookies are available as a set of 4 or 12 and can be collected from our bakery in Battersea or you can opt for our UK Wide Cookie Delivery Service.

Brownies Storage Instructions
Our Cookies last 4-5 days and should be kept in an airtight container at room temperature.
You can freeze your Cookies, but we don’t recommend freezing them for longer than a month. To defrost, leave them overnight in a refrigerator or at room temperature for two to three hours before enjoying. If you like you can warm up your Cookies in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.
