Cake Storage Instructions
Our cheesecakes should be stored in the fridge and taken out about one hour before serving for best results.
Our cakes are freshly baked and should be consumed within seven days of collection or delivery. If in doubt, please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board.
Cake Serving Suggestions
Our cheesecakes come in two different sizes and all give generous portions.
- 8” cakes will serve 8 to 12 slices.
- 10” cakes will serve 16 to 20 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.
Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
