Why can't I add a personal inscription message on this cake?

I want to add birthday wishes message on this cake but I do not get the option of adding it.

We have a separate page for a Personalised Matcha Cake. If you navigate back to the search and select that option then there should be a window on the right side, (below the quantity tab) where you can insert your personalised message.
