Would it be possible to change the colour of the cake to pink/ purple?

My daughter would love a pink dinosaur cake and this looks great. Also, how many would it serve if cutting into wedding cake style slices i.e. rectangles?

Moreover, in terms of the slicing, the website says the this cake approximately serves between 12-17 portions; with thr wedding cake slices it could make a few extra servings (estimated 17-20 slices).
