Could the cat personalisation be added to?

Hello! I was wondering if it would be possible to add a little high-vis TfL jacket to the cat decoration. So it would be an orange outline of a high vis vest with the TfL roundel on it? Would be happy to pay extra! It would be for the 9th of November. Thank you! No worries if it’s not possible.
