Our Matcha Cake has a shelf life of up to 7 days if kept refrigerated. It will be absolutely fine to enjoy the next day, just put it in the fridge as soon as you can after receiving it.
What would the use by date be of this cake? I need Friday delivery but would want to eat on Saturday Matcha Cake
