Cake Storage Instructions
Store your Jack and Beyond cake in the fridge and take it out roughly one hour before eating/serving.
Cakes with a fondant covering do not need to be stored in the fridge. Store it at room temperature in a dry, cool place.
Consume your pavlova within 1-2 days of collection/delivery. Please check the Use By date on the bottom of the cake board for an exact date.

Cake Serving Suggestions
- 7” cakes will serve 8 to 10 slices.
- 10” cakes will serve 12 to 16 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices are cut, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
