I ordered this cake to be delivered to a friend for his birthday. The customer service during the ordering process was top notch. I apparently had cut it too close to have the cake delivered on the day I wanted but your team made it happen. I am annoyed I can't remember the name of the person who helped but I can't thank them enough. Even added a tip and phoned them back to say thanks.

Now for the cake itself. The cake arrived early (9:30) and was a very welcome surprise. The personalisation was a great touch too. My friend said everyone loved the cake and some went back for seconds. He also said the cake was refreshing (great to hear seeing as this was a 27º day!).

I will absolutely order from Jack & Beyond again. Thank you.

Really delicious cake- especially since I’m not mad about matcha. Such moist sponge and the cake looks beautiful too. Delivery was punctual, easy and the whole process from ordering to receiving was super smooth. My guests even asked where I bought it from. The only problem is that our stomachs are now groaning from eating too much cake this evening.

An excellent cake. It looked great - tall and imposing - and with beautifully done icing. The chocolate sponge was strongly flavoured and delicious. All in all it was very popular and we will use this company again.
